Austrian Copper

Also known as R. Foetida Bicolor. One of the most striking roses, this bicolor rose is brilliant scarlet on the outside, rich gold inside. Blue-green, ferny foliage adorn thorny, dark brown canes that are striking when out of bloom. Must be sprayed regularly where blackspot and other foliar diseases are a problem.

A species rose, originating from prior to 1590.

6 by 6 feet or more. A stunner when well grown.
