10-12+ft. ‘Constance Spry’ was the first of David Austin's roses, yet this beautiful rose is still widely grown today. It produces magnificent, pure rose pink, deeply cupped blooms of luminous delicacy. It has a strong myrrh fragrance; in fact, it was this rose that introduced the myrrh fragrance to the English Roses. Although it is only flowers once in early summer, it is still a very valuable variety. The growth is very strong and it will form a giant, spreading shrub with large leaves and many thorns.
